Hi, I'm Dr. Mary Yeboah
I'm a Restorative Justice practitioner, social justice educator, and international educational leader with 20 years of experience teaching and leading local and international schools in the US and in Ghana. With a background in art education, business management, and organizational leadership, I bring creative, collaborative, and strategic solutions to common workplace challenges that keep people from participating at their highest levels. My personal and professional experiences working with people of all ages across diverse cultures and identities shape my perspectives on human flourishing. I draw insights from my leadership experiences as a school board member and serving on the board of some incredible organizations aligned with the same mission of bringing people and communities closer together. What drives me is the opportunity to work with leaders to shape organizational culture that maximizes human potential, strengthens relationships, and nourishes systems that promote empathy, communication, and collaboration. The International Peace and Justice Collaborative exists to co-create more just and peaceful organizations. I look forward to partnering with you!
